Requirements:
- 7,500 hours of BA work experience across at least 4 BABOK® knowledge areas
- 35 hours of professional development in the last 4 years
- Professional reference
Our course provides the 35 PD hours required for the application and helps you document your work experience effectively.
CCBA®
Certification of Capability in Business Analysis
The CCBA® certification is ideal for business analysts with 2-5 years of experience who want to demonstrate their developing expertise. It validates your knowledge of the BABOK® Guide and your ability to apply business analysis principles effectively.
Requirements:
- 3,750 hours of BA work experience across at least 2 BABOK® knowledge areas
- 21 hours of professional development in the last 4 years
- Professional reference
Our course exceeds the 21 PD hours required and includes guidance on documenting your experience to meet IIBA standards.
PMI-PBA®
PMI Professional in Business Analysis
The PMI-PBA® certification is designed for business analysts who work in a project environment. It highlights your ability to define requirements, shape project outputs, and drive successful business outcomes through effective analysis.
Requirements:
- With bachelor's degree: 4,500 hours of business analysis experience within the past 8 years
- Without bachelor's degree: 7,500 hours of business analysis experience within the past 8 years
- 35 contact hours of business analysis education

You don't need to meet all prerequisites before enrolling, but you should be reasonably close to meeting the experience requirements. Our course provides the professional development/contact hours needed and helps you document your experience effectively. Ideally, you should plan to apply for the certification within 3-6 months of completing the course while the material is fresh in your mind.
The course includes a voucher to cover the exam fee for your chosen certification (up to €500 value). For IIBA certifications (CBAP®/CCBA®), this covers the exam fee for IIBA members. For the PMI-PBA® certification, it covers the exam fee for PMI members. Note that certification body membership fees are not included but are recommended as they provide additional benefits and reduced exam fees.
Our exam simulation environment closely mirrors the actual certification exam experience. You'll practice with questions that follow the same format, difficulty level, and time constraints as the real exam. The simulation includes performance analytics that identify your strengths and areas for improvement across knowledge areas and question types. In addition to the 48 hours of instruction (4 hours per week for 12 weeks), you should plan for 8-10 hours of self-study per week. The time commitment increases slightly in the final weeks before your scheduled exam. We provide structured study plans to help you make the most efficient use of your preparation time.
