Welcome to Analytix Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use our services.

Throughout these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings defined below:

  • "We," "us," "our," and "Analytix Pro" refer to Analytix Pro, a business registered in Cyprus.
  • "Services" refers to all courses, training programs, consulting services, and other offerings provided by Analytix Pro.
  • "Website" refers to the website operated by Analytix Pro, including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through the website.
  • "You" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using our Services or accessing our Website.
  • "Content" refers to all materials, information, documents, and media available on our Website or provided as part of our Services.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Eligibility

Our Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Registration and Account

Certain portions of our Services require you to create an account. When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

4. Course Enrollment and Payments

4.1 Enrollment

By enrolling in any of our courses or programs, you agree to pay the specified fees and comply with the course requirements and policies. Enrollment is subject to availability and confirmation.

4.2 Fees and Payments

All fees are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full or according to the payment plan specified at the time of enrollment. We accept payment through our authorized payment processors. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

4.3 Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the course start date
  • 50% refund if cancellation is made between 7-13 days before the course start date
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has begun

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

4.4 Course Rescheduling and Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another course date or receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and course materials, are the property of Analytix Pro or our content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of our Content
  • Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods
  • Download or copy account information for the benefit of another party
  • Use any meta tags or hidden text utilizing our name or trademarks

5.3 User Content

When you submit, upload, or share content through our Services ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such User Content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that such User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analytix Pro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
  • Any content obtained from our Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our Services during the 12 months preceding your claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Analytix Pro makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our Services.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Analytix Pro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Analytix Pro does not warrant that our Services, its servers, or email sent from Analytix Pro are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Analytix Pro, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms by you or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes through our Website or by other means. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue your use of our Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
